These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Staycrown, operated by <your registered company name> ("we", "us"). By accessing the platform or making a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. About the platform

Staycrown is an online marketplace that lets guests find and book hotels, and lets hotels manage and list their properties. When you book, the accommodation contract is between you and the hotel; Staycrown facilitates the booking and payment but is not the provider of the accommodation.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.

3. Bookings & payments

• Prices are displayed in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Online payments are processed securely by the hotel's configured payment provider. Your booking is confirmed once payment is authorised and you receive a confirmation and voucher.
• Where a hotel offers "pay on arrival", payment is made directly to the hotel under the terms shown at booking.
• We take reasonable care to display accurate prices and availability, but obvious errors do not bind us or the hotel.

4. Cancellations & refunds

Each hotel sets its own cancellation and refund policy, which is shown to you before you confirm a booking. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please review the specific policy for your reservation.

5. Reviews

Guest reviews may be submitted only in connection with a genuine, completed stay. We may moderate or remove content that is fraudulent, offensive, or violates these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the service, submitting false information or fraudulent bookings, or infringing the rights of others.

7. Intellectual property

The Staycrown name, branding, and the platform's content and software are owned by <your registered company name> or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Hotel-supplied content remains the property of the respective hotel.

8. Liability

The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of hotels, for the quality of the accommodation, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the latest revision; continued use of the platform means you accept the current terms.
