- Booking information — the hotel, room, stay dates, number of guests and any details you provide to complete a reservation.
- Payment information — online card payments are processed by the hotel's configured payment provider. Card numbers are entered on the provider's secure checkout and are not stored on our servers. We only receive a payment confirmation and reference.
- Technical information — IP address, browser/device information and essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and secure the site.
- Communications — messages you send us and our replies.
2. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and process your bookings.
- To send booking confirmations, invoices, service messages and, where enabled, loyalty updates.
